Marketplace and ERP integration for enterprises

We connect marketplaces, retailer portals and online stores to SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics: Amazon Seller and Vendor Central, Walmart, Mercado Libre, Shopify and EDI partners, with restricted data handled the way each platform requires and every flow documented.

Why marketplace and ERP integration stalls

  1. 1.

ERP and marketplace out of sync: stock and orders drift.

  2. 2.

Large catalogs maintained by hand across marketplaces.

  3. 3.

Sales data siloed per channel, with no unified view.

  4. 4.

Third-party SaaS holding data the business should control.

Retailer portals, marketplaces and online stores feed one integration service into the ERP, WMS or CRM and the data warehouse; buyer PII passes only through a restricted data token inside a controlled boundary.RESTRICTED DATA BOUNDARYpurchase ordersordersstore ordersbuyer PIIorders / stockRETAILER PORTALSVendor Central / EDIMARKETPLACESAmazon / WalmartONLINE STORESShopify / webRDTRestricted data tokenINTEGRATION SERVICEMapping / queuesERPSAP / Oracle / DynamicsWMS / CRMFulfilment / customersDATA WAREHOUSEReporting

Questions engineers ask us.

Q01Which ERP systems do you connect to marketplaces?

We have connected marketplace data to SAP ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics, and to custom and legacy systems through dedicated connectors.

Q02How do you handle buyer PII from Amazon?

Through Amazon's restricted roles and Restricted Data Tokens, with the controls Amazon's Data Protection Policy requires. We also help you get approved for PII access.

Q03Who owns the software after you build it?

You do. Once the project is delivered, you legally own everything needed to run, maintain or extend it: source code, scripts, project files and executables.

Q04How do you price a project?

We give a transparent estimate based on our hourly rate, with scope, timeline and cost set out before work starts. You can pay in monthly instalments; larger projects usually start with a down payment.

Q05We have an idea but not the full feature list. Can you help define it?

Yes. We run workshops of 16 to 80 hours to work through the functionality with you and design the concept before anything is built.

Q06Our project is not about marketplaces or e-commerce. Can you still help?

Yes. Marketplace commerce is our specialisation, but we also build for logistics, agriculture, automotive and other industries.
