White-label software development for marketplace agencies

Tools your agency can run or resell: account monitoring, client reporting and ads automation across Amazon, Walmart and the other marketplaces your clients sell on, delivered under your brand.

Where white-label software development pays off

  1. 1.

Dozens of client accounts on several marketplaces, each checked by logging in.

  2. 2.

Client reports rebuilt from exports every week.

  3. 3.

The same off-the-shelf tools as every other agency.

  4. 4.

Client data passing through third-party SaaS vendors.

Each client's marketplace, vendor and ads accounts authorise the agency's own platform, which runs monitoring, reporting and automation across all of them and delivers dashboards, alerts and reports under the agency's brand.YOUR BRANDtokensaccount healthscheduledMARKETPLACE ACCOUNTSAmazon / WalmartVENDOR ACCOUNTSRetailer portalsADS ACCOUNTSAds APIsAUTHORISATIONSOne per clientAGENCY PLATFORMMulti-accountCLIENT DASHBOARDSUnder your brandALERTSJira / emailREPORTSSheets / BI

What the engagement covers.

  1. 01

    Audit: your tool stack

Review the tools and scripts the agency runs today, its API usage and its costs.

  2. 02

    Stabilize: cost and reliability

Cut redundant API calls across client accounts; replace polling with notifications and bulk reports.

  3. 03

    Build: tools you can resell

Monitoring, reporting and ads tools across marketplaces, for internal use or resale; for Amazon data, also on DataDoe.

  4. 04

    Secure: client data stays yours

Client data kept out of third-party tools; restricted data handled under each marketplace's policy.

How it runs.

  1. P01

    Discovery

Your clients, your accounts, and what's slowing the team down.

  2. P02

    Plan

A roadmap and an estimate covering scope, timeline and cost.

  3. P03

    Build

Development with regular check-ins; your feedback shapes the tool.

  4. P04

    Launch

End-to-end testing, rollout into your current setup, and team training.

  5. P05

    Support

Updates and fixes as the marketplaces change.

What you get.

Questions engineers ask us.

Q01Can we resell the tool to our clients or other agencies?

Yes. You own the software, so you can use it in-house, offer it to clients or sell it as a SaaS product.

Q02Can it work with Jungle Scout, Helium 10 or Sellerboard?

We can connect to, replicate or replace the third-party tools you already use, so the new tool fits your current setup instead of disrupting it.

Q03Who owns the software after you build it?

You do. Once the project is delivered, you legally own everything needed to run, maintain or extend it: source code, scripts, project files and executables.

Q04How do you price a project?

We give a transparent estimate based on our hourly rate, with scope, timeline and cost set out before work starts. You can pay in monthly instalments; larger projects usually start with a down payment.

Q05We have an idea but not the full feature list. Can you help define it?

Yes. We run workshops of 16 to 80 hours to work through the functionality with you and design the concept before anything is built.

Q06Our project is not about marketplaces or e-commerce. Can you still help?

Yes. Marketplace commerce is our specialisation, but we also build for logistics, agriculture, automotive and other industries.
